CytoFLEX Flow Cytometers

A benchtop analyzer for every application. Isolating and analyzing blood or cultured cells, bacteria, algae, yeasts, and other microparticles pose no challenge for this compact but powerful cytometer in any of its 21 configurations. CytoFLEX Platform flow cytometers can accurately measure up to 21 fluorescences simultaneously, demonstrate outstanding sensitivity and reproducibility with six excitation wavelengths (355 nm, 375 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 638 nm and 808 nm).

The CytoFLEX series comes fully loaded with all lasers and detectors so it's ready for your research both now and in the future. You will choose which parameters you want activated to start, and you can just unlock more later - giving you the flexibility to activate what you need, when you need it. Beckman Coulter continuously develops the CytoFLEX series, keeping in mind that existing users should be able to get their systems updated accordingly.

Each instrument includes the full complement of re-positionable band pass filters. Move filters to the activated channels based upon the wavelengths to be detected. Additional non-standard bandpass filters are available for even more assay flexibility.

For higher throughput applications, an optional plate loader module (96-well, standard- and deep-well plate formats) is available. For use in regulated environments, the software can be installed with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance upon request.
